Margaret Flanagan,
"Peggy", born 23 Aug 1934.
She was educ Loreto Crumlin primary school.
She was educ Loreto High School, Beaufort, Rathfarnham.
Think she and Deirdre did the Inter Cert and then left to go to TCD rather than do the Leaving Cert. In those days you could get into TCD without doing the Leaving Cert. And her mother was keen to get them into university early.
She studied Law at TCD.
Left TCD to look after mother (who died Dec 1957). She didn't go back.
She worked with Frank Duff in Legion of Mary.
She didn't marry.
Lived "Glenade", 65 Mount Merrion Ave, with her father.
Lived there after his death 1970 until her death 1981.

Death, 1981:
She died of cancer, St.Michael's Hospital, Dun Laoghaire, 1 Aug 1981, age 46 yrs.
She died exactly at midnight of 31 July to 1 Aug. The doctor said they could pick either. See death cert from [GROI].
Funeral Mon 3 Aug 1981, Clarendon Street church, Dublin.
She was bur Glasnevin Cemetery with parents.
