   He mar 3 July 1832 to Catherine Ryan [bapt 1 Nov 1814].
   Still living Caherconlish in 1843.
   They had issue:
   1. Francis Foley,
      bapt 24 Oct 1843, Caherconlish RC church, sp Timothy Ryan and Anne Donington. See entry from here.

   
   

2. James Foley,
   born apparently 1805. (See discussion of age on gravestones.)
   His marriage in 1835 says he is of Caherconlish.
   But later records show him farming at Ballynahinch, near Birdhill, Co.Tipperary.
