He was an attorney.
He mar 1792 to
Elizabeth O'Connell
[Betsy, bapt 12 Aug 1777].
He was friend and co-counsel of
Daniel O'Connell.
This is probably how Daniel met Elizabeth's sister
Mary,
who he began courting in 1800.
(Though they were distant cousins, so may have known each other earlier.)
James and Elizabeth lived in Day Place, Tralee.
She died 1815.
He died 1819.
They had issue:
- James Connor,
bapt 1 December 1794,
Tralee RC church,
sp Edward Dunn and Mary Tuohy.
- Elizabeth O'Connor,
Bess,
bapt 1 Dec 1798.
