Edward dies, 1785:
His will dated 8 Aug 1785.
He died at Tralee, shortly before 25 Aug 1785.

Will pr 1 Oct 1785. Would be burnt in 1922.

Elizabeth lived to see multiple great-grandchildren.
She is party to her grand-daughter's marriage settlement, 15 Jan 1801.

Elizabeth dies, 1809:
She died Sun 7 May 1809, Tralee, age 84 yrs.

Edward and Elizabeth had issue:

1. David Tuohy,
   eldest son.

   
   

2. John Tuohy.
   "Uncle Jack". Captain Tuohy.

3. Ellen Tuohy,
   Catholic, born 1752.
   She mar 1stly, pre-1777, to Thomas O'Connell, MD and had issue.
   Thomas was 2nd cousin of Sir Rowland Blennerhassett, 1st Baronet.
   He died 1785, leaving her with small children.
   She mar 2ndly, 31 Oct 1803 [her age 51] to Henry Blennerhassett.
   Henry was 1st cousin of Sir Rowland Blennerhassett, 1st Baronet.

   
   

4. Mary Tuohy.
   She mar pre-1785 to --- Chute.
   She must be "Maria Tuohy" and he must be Thomas Chute who sp the bapt of Ellen's son in 1780.

There was a lease of 16 Mar 1781 from Rowland Bateman to Edward Tuohy of a building on Russell St (modern spelling), Tralee.
This is from an entry of July 1851 in the Encumbered Estates Court records.
Probably this Edward Tuohy.
